| Tulsi / Holy Basil Tea |

Has anyone here tried Tulsi / Holy Basil Tea? I just wrote an article on it...interestingly, this is one article that was primarily motivated by taste. I tried the stuff, and loved it, and wanted to start drinking tons and tons of it cause it tasted so good...but I wanted to know what I was drinking, so I dove into google scholar. I found that it has numerous health benefits ranging from cancer prevention and treatment to stress-reducing properties, protecting the liver, antiviral activity, and boosting the immune system. I've seen conflicting evidence on diabetes / blood sugar effects so I didn't include that until I do more research, but the results for now are here:
I'm particularly interested if anyone knows of any sources of this stuff and has tried it...I only have two listed, Mountain Rose Herbs, and Upton Tea...I was surprised that very few of the mainstream tea companies in the U.S. sell it. I'd also be interested in some critiques of my citation of studies...I just looked through the results briefly and picked a few studies that seemed to give an overview of the picture but I'm not sure that I've selected studies that really paint the most accurate holistic picture of the research conclusions on the herb. Thanks in advance, as always, people here always provide such useful feedback! |

| Как украсили Гамбург перед Рождеством... |

Рождественские ярмарки проходят по месяцу по всей Германии. В это время весь центр украшается, чуть ли не до каждого пня дерева/куста. Окна магазинов и домов подсвечены разными гирляндами, свечами и игрушками. Большие моллы – это просто произведение «украшательского искусства». Глинтвейн льется рекой бочками/цистернами. Едят сосиски, стейки, сладости, снова пьют глювайн.
